They are operating in two adjacent rooms. Each surgery team is a mix of Americans and Kenyans. The surgeons in one room are Henry (Kenyan), Kia, and Susan. The other room has Kenyans Ruth and Makaya with Bruce and Aria, with some tag-teaming going on. They aren't all in there at once.
