For my AT&T friends
In Kenya, if you're building something, and something is in your way, you simply build around, through, out over it. No rearrangements required. Here, the pole line is old and the fence is new.
Ha! Makes sense to me. This would eliminate a lot of pole jobs. BWAHAHA!
