It's Friday night in the US but it's Saturday morning in Africa. Today, after the docs round on their patients, we will head to Lake Baringo for the weekend.
We will stay at Island Camp, http://www.islandcamp.com, a tented "resort", where we've stayed many times before. Here's a picture of a guest tent, taken from a boat, from our last visit.
