Sophia, or Sophi, is the head nurse of the ENT clinic here. She essentially manages the place. She works extremely hard and keeps the place going. While we're in clinic, she is pulled in many directions at the same time. All the docs ask her about local procedures - the things that are second nature back home but unfamiliar here - how to document this, how to order a test, is a certain medicine available here... She also acts as an interpreter for patients who don't speak English.
