We started the day with the sunrise over the Serengeti, heading to the river to see hippos! On the way we saw hyenas and more giraffes. After the hippos, we also saw more lions and vultures. Every day we see herds of different types of antelope. We finally got close to a couple of warthogs. We had seen some from time to time but they had always run away.
We then caught our flight (from the dirt runway) to the smaller Wilson airport in Nairobi, had lunch at the famous Carnivore restaurant, transfered to the main airport, and caught our flight to Eldoret.
