Where's Moshi?
Moshi is wearing a Garmin tracker. The blue dot is the location of my phone. The other marker is Moshi's Garmin device on his collar. Happily, both are at the hotel together as expected. (Moshi and I are playing fetch in the hotel room.)
Kansas City
We made it to Kansas City and are splurging for a night at the Intercontinental Hotel. So are the Detroit Tigers. They arrived at the hotel in two luxury buses. They were all wearing street clothes. Unfortunately for them and me,I had to ask what kind of group they were. They aren't recognizable to a non-fan like me. (Stock photo of hotel)
Loaded and ready to go
Noon Wednesday, the dog-mobile, loaded and ready to head west from the title company office in Carmel.
Emotions...
Many emotional moments the last few days as we say good-bye to friends, family, neighbors, and coworkers. Thank goodness we have our dogs! We are now completely out of our old house and spent last night at a friend's house. We will head west after our 11:00am closing.

Group photo
This is us at the beginning of our ~36 hours of travel to get home. We were fresh as daisies. Good thing there's not an "after" photo.

Delayed in Detroit
We are delayed in Detroit. Hopefully a plane will show up soon for us. Already delayed 2 hours! Want to get home to our dogs!
Leaving Amsterdam
Next stop, Detroit. Departing late from Amsterdam. Hopefully still enough time in Detroit for immigration/customs and still make our connection!

Flip Flop Shop
Visiting the Flip Flop Shop in The Nairobi suburb of Karen. They clean the Kenya beaches and then recycle the materials and then carve them into new things. Most of the material is from old flip flops.
Circle of life
The lions killed a Cape Buffalo last night and are just finishing their meal this morning. This zoomed in photo is less graphic than seeing the whole scene.

Ekorian's Mugie Camp
Ekorian's Mugie Camp is small but well appointed. Here are some pictures of the mess tent. The food and service are fantastic. Last photo shows the guest tents.
